Made from a rescued vintage quilt and pillow shams, these soft glasses pouches give beautiful old textiles a useful new chapter.

Each pouch is individually cut from the original fabric, so the pattern placement, stitching, wear, and character will vary from piece to piece. A leather tab and metal snap fold over the top to help keep your glasses securely inside, while the quilted fabric provides a soft layer of protection for everyday carrying.

Designed for reading glasses, eyeglasses or sunglasses and easy to tuck into a purse, tote, bedside drawer, or car console.

Because these are made from rescued materials, each one is one of a kind.

About This Piece

These pouches began as part of textiles that had already lived a life before arriving in the studio. Rather than letting the usable fabric go to waste, I carefully cut around worn areas and gave the remaining material a new purpose.

Small variations, faded areas, original stitching, and signs of age are part of the story—not flaws.
