Return & Refund Policy

We want you to feel confident ordering from Dani Denise Design. Each item is created with care and intention, and we stand behind the quality of our work.

Because many of our products are made to order, our return policy looks a little different than big-box retailers.


Returns & Exchanges

We gladly accept returns or exchanges for items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.

If there’s an issue with your order, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include:

  • Your order number

  • A brief description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the item and packaging

Once reviewed, we’ll offer a replacement or refund and cover return shipping when applicable.


Made-to-Order Items

Most of our products are made to order and are not eligible for returns or exchanges due to:

  • Buyer’s remorse

  • Ordering the wrong item, color, or size

  • Normal variations in color, grain, or texture that are part of the handmade design

We do our best to provide accurate photos and descriptions so there are no surprises.


Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method.
Please allow a few business days for processing once approved.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable.


Shipping & Return Costs

Return shipping is covered by Dani Denise Design for items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.

For any other approved returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
