Processing Time

Most of our items are made to order, which means production begins after your order is placed.

Please allow 2–7 business days for production before your order ships. Processing times may vary slightly depending on the product and order volume.

Once your order ships, delivery typically takes 3–7 business days within the United States

Shipping timelines are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or other factors outside our control.

Shipping Rates

We offer free shipping within the contiguous United States (the lower 48 states). Shipping costs are included in the price of all products, and no additional shipping fees will be added at checkout.

Orders shipping to Alaska and Hawaii are subject to a $15 shipping fee per package. Because some items are produced and shipped separately, you may see more than one $15 shipping charge if your order arrives in multiple packages.

At this time, we do not ship to U.S. territories.

Tracking Information

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Incorrect Addresses

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout.

We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. If an order is returned due to an address issue, additional shipping charges may apply to reship the order.

Delays & Carrier Issues

While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, Dani Denise Design is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, or events beyond our control.
