Rescued Quilt Book & iPad Sleeve

This started as a vintage quilt that had already lived a whole life before I found it. Now part of it gets to protect whatever you’re carrying next—a favorite book, your Bible, journal, or iPad.

The quilt itself gives the sleeve some natural padding, and I added a cotton lining to keep the inside clean and finished. A leather tab and metal snap keep everything tucked inside, so you can toss it in your tote without your book or device rubbing against everything else in there.

I left the fading, old stitching, and signs of age right where I found them. They belong to the quilt and are part of what made me want to use it in the first place. And because I cut this one from an existing quilt, there isn't another exactly like it.
