About This Piece

I love finding new purposes for beautiful textiles, and this golden floral quilted placemat set was too pretty to pass up.

I transformed one of them into a crossbody bag, adding colorful floral binding, genuine leather details, and a removable, adjustable strap. The original quilting gives the bag its lovely texture, while the warm golden florals bring a touch of vintage charm.

There's only one, and that's part of what makes it special.
