This warm chestnut plaid—with its shades of brown and khaki—reminded me of an iced coffee with all the good stuff mixed in. 

I spotted this yummy plaid tablecloth and could already picture it as something entirely different: a pretty, useful bag you'd be happy to carry. So I gave that fabric a new purpose, quilting it into a structured tote and using some of the remaining plaid to make a matching wristlet keychain.

Picture taking her along to the bookstore, slipping your journal and favorite read inside, or carrying her out for coffee with a friend. The PU leather shoulder handles sit comfortably over your arm, while the tan lining and coordinating interior pocket keep the inside just as lovely as the outside. The matching wristlet gives your keys their own place and makes the pair especially sweet to give as a gift.

I spotted this warm brown-and-khaki plaid as a tablecloth and couldn't stop seeing its possibilities. The shades remind me of an iced coffee, from creamy khaki to caramel and deep coffee brown. Quilting the fabric into a tote and making a matching wristlet gave it a completely new purpose—and I love how the PU leather handles finish the look.
