I make these smaller fabric bow bookmarks in coordinated pairs, using new cotton fabrics that I choose for their color and pattern. Each bow is attached to a gold paperclip that slides easily onto the page without adding much bulk.

I like that you can use both in the same book, keep one in your planner, or split the pair with another reader. And because I make them in small batches, you can choose the exact set you like best.

They’re sweet, useful, and just plain fun to tuck into a book, journal, planner, or Bible.

About This Piece

I love making these in pairs because the fabrics get to play off each other a little. Some coordinate, some contrast, and I think that’s what makes them fun. Pick the pair that feels most like you—or keep one and pass the other along.
